About Lovina Raymond 

Lovina is a trauma informed wellbeing practitioner  who combines her practical training and her corporate experience in India and the UK, with her own lived experience with complex trauma. This gives her deep insight into how trauma can affect everyday life, especially for women, mothers, and neurodivergent individuals.
